These terms and conditions are written in Bengali to ensure users in Bangladesh can easily understand them. If anything is unclear, please reach out to the 999be customer support team.

999be may request age verification documents in the following situations:

• At the time of your first withdrawal request.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account.

Deposits and withdrawals on 999be are completely safe and straightforward. The table below gives you a quick overview:

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. To add a new method, please contact customer support.

Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. You may still withdraw by cancelling the bonus, but any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited.

There are a few important things to know about the 999be bonus program:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Bonuses are only available when depositing with real money — depositing with another bonus does not qualify.
• 999be reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is also considered fraud.

The following general rules apply when playing games on 999be:

• Each game has its own rules. Please read the game instructions before you start playing.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, 999be reserves the right to void that round.

• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Bets in Sports Betting cannot be changed once confirmed.

In the event of a dispute over game results, 999be's system logs will serve as the final and conclusive evidence. Please contact customer support within 72 hours to have your dispute resolved.
